Ticket Policies
Subscriptions
Subscription ticket prices include a ticket to each play in your selected package, a subscriber discount, plus a $5 handling fee and a $1.50 historic restoration fee per ticket. Subscriptions will be processed in the order in which they are received. New subscribers will be seated following renewing subscribers. Exchanges are not possible at renewal time. Once you receive your tickets you may exchange them for other dates. All sales final. Sorry, no refunds on individual productions.
Single and Group Tickets
Due to market demand, ticket prices fluctuate. Victory Gardens does not issue refunds on ticket balances and also cannot honor prices that may have been lower at an earlier date in the sales period. All sales are final. Victory Gardens does not offer refunds for single or group tickets.
If You Lose Your Tickets
Don’t worry. Just call us at 773.871.3000 and we will reprint your ticket and hold it for you at Will Call. If you are in a group,
please indicate your seat number.
FEES
All single tickets purchased online, in person and over the phone will incur a $1.50 per ticket Historic Restoration Fee. In addition there is a $2.00 per ticket service fee for all phone orders and up to $3.50 ticket service fee for all online purchases.

Ticket Donations
Victory Gardens Theater is pleased to grant requests for ticket donations to other nonprofit organizations.
Ticket donations consist of a voucher redeemable for one pair of tickets to a specific show in the Victory Gardens season at our theatre at the Biograph. Vouchers are valid only for one production, only for preview performances and are non-transferable.
While we would like to grant all ticket requests, Victory Gardens receives more donation requests than we can possibly fill. We are only able to grant a limited number per production and once this limit has been reached, no more requests will be fulfilled. Donations are limited to one pair of tickets only.
It is Victory Gardens’ policy to donate tickets only to organizations with a nonprofit 501(c)3 tax ID number within the Chicagoland area. Priority is given to nonprofit arts and education organizations, but not all requests from these companies will be filled due to a limited number of available tickets.
