Poet Kevin Coval is your guide through L-Vis’ journey from the suburbs to superstardom – with an art form that never was his for the taking. This new multimedia hip-hop solo show explores the exhilarating collision of race and art in American pop culture.

Kevin Coval is a Chicago poet and author and is Co-founder/Artistic Director of Louder Than a Bomb: The Chicago Youth Poetry Festival.
